To register and use the ber1111 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ber1111 is strictly an 18+ platform. Persons under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or claim any promotion.
• You must be registering as an individual and acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

Age Verification

If it is determined at any point that a registered account is being operated by a person under the age of 18, ber1111 will immediately and permanently close the account. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the payment source where reasonably practicable, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent points when ber1111 requests account verification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on ber1111. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, ber1111 reserves the right to close all but one of those accounts, consolidate or forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of duplicate accounts.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. ber1111 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account Verification (KYC)

ber1111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with industry best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or following a change to your account details:

• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)

No Third-Party Payments

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses credited to your ber1111 account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that you must wager the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus Eligibility

Malfunction & Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any other failure that affects the normal operation of a game or bet settlement, ber1111 reserves the right to void the affected game rounds or bets and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. ber1111 will not honour apparent winnings that arise as a direct result of a software error, display error, or misconfiguration. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a principle that applies across all games on the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ber1111 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund your ber1111 account.
• Money laundering: Using the ber1111 platform for the purpose of depositing, transferring, or converting funds derived from illegal activity. ber1111 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity accordingly.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or against ber1111.

ber1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the ber1111 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period (as defined in ber1111's dormant account policy, available on request).

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ber1111 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500) will be processed to your registered payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

Effect of Closure on Outstanding Bets

If your account is closed while open bets or game rounds are in progress, ber1111 will settle any qualifying bets in accordance with normal settlement rules. Winnings from bets settled after account closure will be paid to your registered payment method where possible, or held pending further instruction from you.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the ber1111 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ber1111 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in all jurisdictions.
